I am having trouble logging in. What should I do?

If you are having trouble logging into your account, please do the following:

  • Close your browser, reopen it and return to the login page on this website.
  • Clear your browsing history or refresh your page a couple of times. To clear your browsing history, find instructions by clicking here.
  • Check for updates on your device, especially for your browser.
  • Log out of the website and then log back in (click on ‘My Classroom’ at the top of this website).
  • Restart your device.

It is recommended that you use Chrome or Firefox for this website. You will find that you have less interruptions with these browsers.

If none of these directions work, please contact me via the form below.

I don't remember my password.

If you cannot remember your password, just click on ‘Forgot Your Password?’ below the login form. Follow the steps to reset your password, then go back to the login page by clicking on ‘My Classroom’ in the menu at the top of this website and login.

I can't find my courses.

Upon purchasing a course on my website, it will immediately be added to your account. All courses are housed in one location. Go to ‘My Classroom’ in the upper right-hand corner of this website, click on ‘My Courses’ and login using your username and password. Once you are in, you will see a list of your registered courses which you can access by clicking on the name.

I am having trouble viewing the videos online. What should I do?

If you are having trouble viewing the videos online, please try the following:

  • Refresh the browser page.
  • Make sure your browser software is updated.
  • Try a different browser. I recommend Chrome or Firefox.
  • Download the videos and save them to your computer. Then watch from there.

How do I download the videos?

To download the videos of your course, please do the following:

  • Click on the button ‘Download Video’ below the video that you want to download. You will be taken to the review page for that video.
  • Click on the arrow in the upper right-hand corner.
  • Try a different browser. I recommend Chrome or Firefox.
  • Choose the desired resolution and save it to the desired location on your computer/drive.

I don't see a download arrow to download the videos from Vimeo.

If you do not see the download arrow, this means that there is an issue with your browser. Try using Chrome or Firefox. It is recommended that you do not use Internet Explorer or Safari.

How do I download the videos to an iPad?

You can transfer videos from you Mac to your iPad using iTunes:

  • Download the video files to your computer.
  • Connect your iPad to your computer.
  • Open iTunes.
  • Drag the video files from your computers into ‘Movies’ or ‘TV Shows’.
  • On your iPad, open the Videos app and look under ‘Movies’ or ‘TV Shows’. The videos will be there and you should be able to play them.
