Another portrait that I drew during my retreat, using the same technique as for the portrait inspired by Leonardo’s La Scapigliata that I posted yesterday.

I’m calling this portrait Diamond Will. The actual size is quite small: only 9.5 x 17 cm (about 3.7 x 6.7 inch). Here is a detail of the portrait, that shows the pencil strokes really well:

Just drawing with my mechanical pencil in my Filofax planner, layer after layer. Love to work this way, it’s very relaxing! 🙂
